One to One Goal Setting Session with Maia


Join me in a one hour goal setting session where we will work (virtually) side by side through each step of the Goal Setting Workbook.  You will uncover your true goals, create an actionable plan to work towards them on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, and FINALLY start living the life you have been dreaming about.

Have you tried to set your goals, but you don’t know what to do next?  Or maybe you are struggling and feel overwhelmed setting your goals at all.

Are you feeling overwhelmed, full of ideas and find yourself starting lots of projects but never actually finishing them?  

Do you feel like you have plateaued, are spinning your wheels, stuck and are not growing in life or business?  

Are you just getting by from month to month, trying to make ends meet and feeling like you are working so hard but not living the life you imagined?  On top of all that you aren’t able to truly spend the time you want with your family because you are so busy hustling which is leaving you exhausted, tired, disconnected and not in your true joy!

You may have tried to set goals before…maybe you wrote them down once and never looked at them again and here you are five years later in the same place.  Just because the goals are written down doesn’t mean that they are actually happening. And if you haven’t looked at them in weeks, months or years, how do you know if they are relevant anymore?

The key is having mindfulness around each goal you set. Each long term goal needs to be approached with intention. In order to implement each goal, the long term goals need to be broken down into short term goals and then into actionable tasks with deadlines and accountability. By using this approach you can actually REACH your long term goal because it has been broken down into small, digestible bites.  

Then, when you actually complete a task that is working toward the bigger goal you feel accomplished because you are actually moving forward.  You are less overwhelmed and these goals that used to feel overwhelming now feel ATTAINABLE! Each time you check off a task it ignites you and gives you momentum to move on to the next step.

Setting clear goals and keeping them at front of mind can help you in all areas of your life. Taking the time on a regular basis to really hone in on your goals can help you gain clarity around your purpose, what your priorities are, and build your life around your values.  By setting goals and putting a plan in place you have a higher chance of improved growth, increased joy, expanding income, and having more time with the people that matter most to you.  

Additionally, by having an actionable game plan in place you will improve your time management because you will actually be working on what you are supposed to be working on in order to get to where you want to be in life and business.

This is the process that I have created for you.  Walking you step by step through a goal setting process that actually sets you up to not only SET your goals, but to also IMPLEMENT them, REVIEW them regularly, and have a PLAN and ACTION STEPS to work towards them on a daily basis.
