In my previous role as a Director of Operations, I worked closely with the CEO to oversee day-to-day operations, manage the team, support client delivery, and ensure the business was running smoothly behind the scenes. With full visibility into the business, I was able to connect the dots, solve problems proactively, and keep everything moving forward. That’s the work I love most.
Today, I step into a similar role on a fractional basis for founders who are juggling too many moving pieces, managing a team without enough support, or growing and starting to feel operational strain.
I support the business across operations, team leadership, and strategic execution — ensuring that day-to-day workflows run smoothly while staying aligned with larger goals.
My work includes overseeing operations, supporting and managing team members, building and refining systems, and leading projects and launches from planning through execution.
I also partner closely with the CEO on strategic planning, performance tracking, and decision-making. With visibility across the business, I help connect the moving pieces — from internal operations to client experience — so nothing falls through the cracks and growth feels sustainable.
